The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building and managing pipeline through planned sales activity within Istanbul media agencies and sales revenue forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience within media/ad tech sales (mobile preferred), a strong contact list and hold existing relationships with the major agency groups. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the digital/mobile media landscape and be able to confidently pitch digital/mobile media or data solutions to uncover media budget opportunities and drive sales.

In addition to sourcing significant levels of new business, you will develop strong client relationships, build up the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing and new relationships to build own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis, Celtra and Woobi product sets.
  • Target customers are media agencies including mobile specialist and independents.
  • Conversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Accurate sales forecasting and sales business planning skills.
  • Create and present PowerPoint sales presentations to clients
  • Strong relationship building and account management of customers.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy across campaigns.
  • Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meeting.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in digital or mobile sales and account management.
  • Expert knowledge of mobile and understanding of how mobile is traded.
  • Currently leveraging large budgets from media / mobile agencies.
  • Have an extensive agency contact list and experience to hit the ground running and quickly deliver on high sales targets.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media buyers.
  • A proven track record of growing a pipeline from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presenter to large and small audiences.
  • A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Demonstrable self-starter experience.
  • Acommitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.

The Role

This job is an ideal opportunity for an experienced global ad operations professional to hit the ground running as well as learn and develop.

You will work with the most forward-thinking media agencies and tech providers to deliver high-volume digital advertising campaigns.

This role is key in ensuring that the Operations runs effectively and clients campaigns deliver in full and to the required KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Able to manage the Ad Ops Execs on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all campaigns are monitored and any issues are immediately flagged
  • Creation and management of programmatic ad campaigns (both mobile/desktop)
  • Monitoring pacing, performance and delivery of campaigns
  • Be the first point of contact for the Media Agencies ad ops
  • Pulling and compiling report data using tools and liaising directly with publishers
  • Operational troubleshooting and technical support
  • Support targeting and delivery recommendation process for client briefs
  • Produce inventory forecast and campaign performance analysis reports
  • Support the development of ad operation processes
  • Work closely supporting a team of our sales

Skills and Experience:

  • Deep understanding of digital media technologies and market
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with working with ad serving and verification platforms and related technologies such as; Sizmek, DoubleClick, GTM, IAS/DoubleVerify/MOAT
  • Knowledge of Mobile ad serving and tracking platforms, tools, processes and policies is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience of optimising online digital campaigns within the DSP environment and use of relevant technologies: DFP, DFA, DSP, SSP 
  • Digital experience in an agency holding company/agency/trading desk/network/publisher
  • Proven track record in establishing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analytical experience – evidence of having approached problems from a mathematical perspective and working through to a solution in a logical way
  • Both technically sound and communicative
